About Soraya with love

My name is Soraya and I am from Sessa a small village from Ticino,  cooking and eating was always my passion. It all started when I was a child, I loved watching my mum while she was preparing our dining, my mum gave me the opportunity and the responsibility to "cook " small dishes for my siblings and that's why I decided to start my career as a chef, I made an aprentinship  and then I studied at the hotel management school. 

My passion has always been cooking, creating new recipes and also eating well, during the covid pandemic, I got behind and decided to  make my dream come true and started experimenting and cooking different recipes until I found perfection. I work in a hygienic way and all jarred products are sterilized and the paper packages are sealed.
